RENTAL NOTES:

  • Rental rates are per week - for the home - NOT per person.
  • There is an additional charge of $25 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.
  • Minimum stay 7 nights (excluding June-August - 10 night minimum stay required)
  • Rates include Florida State & Local Taxes of 12%
  • End of stay cleaning fee - $115.00 - included

Booking & Payment Terms:

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A booking form will be sent via email, which must be completed and returned with your deposit, along with a photo ID.

  • The balance of payment, along with a £200/$250 refundable security deposit, is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

  • For stays of one month or more, the deposit is $800 per month.

  • The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, subject to confirmation that the villa is left in satisfactory condition.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.

  • In the event of cancellation, cancellation charges will apply. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details.

Payment Methods

  1. UK Guests: Payment by WISE, PayPal, bank transfer.
  2. US / Other Countries: Payment in US dollars. Pay by Wise, wire transfer, direct deposit into our US bank account.
  3. We accept payments in US Dollars or British Pounds, based on the current exchange rate. Payments can be made via PayPal, BACS transfer, or Wise.
